IGBT/GTO Snubber Capacitors

CRE IGBT/GTO Snubber capacitors have low equivalent series resistance (ESR) and low equivalent series inductance (ESL), which can effectively suppress voltage spikes and transient high voltages of power switching devices during the switching process, thereby protecting IGBT and GTO devices. Snubber capacitors can reduce switching losses, reduce drastic changes in current and voltage, and improve system efficiency.
